Reference Check Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
For client acceptance review, RIVACTA may verify business reliability based on consent and a clear purpose. We do not conduct covert investigation.
This page describes the policies of RIVACTA (operated by BCROSSB Inc.). The specific rights and obligations of any engagement are governed by the signed written agreement between the parties.
1. Consent-based principle
Reference checks proceed only when the purpose and scope of use are stated in advance and consent is obtained.
2. What we verify
- Business and corporate registration information
- Licenses, permits, and regulatory filings
- Official website and pricing, refund, and cancellation terms
- Public reviews and public information (administrative actions, news, etc.)
- References from existing clients and customer-response systems
- Matters related to anti-social forces
3. Three-level operation
- Level 1 · Basic check: applied to all clients — business entity, website, services, whether a license is required, and public information.
- Level 2 · High-risk industry check: before a paid diagnostic — license and permit evidence, advertising expression, and past claims or administrative actions.
- Level 3 · Reference check: before a high-risk, high-value monthly engagement — existing clients, public information, and anti-social-forces risk.
4. Operating principles
We do not collect personal data without authorization or covertly investigate non-public information. Third-party verification is done with consent and a stated purpose. We avoid arbitrary or discriminatory judgment, retain records of the basis for each decision, and the final determination is made by our personnel.
