To reduce consumer-harm potential and legal risk, RIVACTA does not support the industries and requests below.
This page describes the policies of RIVACTA (operated by BCROSSB Inc.). The specific rights and obligations of any engagement are governed by the signed written agreement between the parties.
1. Industries we do not support
- Illegal businesses and businesses that violate applicable laws
- Unlicensed medical or beauty services
- Unlicensed lodging or short-stay rentals
- Gambling, casino, or illegal financial businesses
- Adult or sex-related services
- Businesses claiming false investment or guaranteed returns
2. Requests we do not accept
- Manipulation of reviews or ratings
- Guarantees of efficacy or medical outcomes
- Exaggerated or staged before/after imagery
- Evasion of advertising-platform review
- Concealment of pricing or refund information
- Requests to handle deposits or payment processing
3. How we decide
These criteria exist to protect consumers and long-term brand trust, and we disclose them publicly. Borderline cases are judged individually during the pre-engagement fit review.
