Advertising Policy

RIVACTA reviews advertising, landing-page, and content expression for consumer protection and legality. These standards do not replace the client's ultimate responsibility for their advertising.
This page describes the policies of RIVACTA (operated by BCROSSB Inc.). The specific rights and obligations of any engagement are governed by the signed written agreement between the parties.
1. Expression review standards
We review whether ads, landing pages, and content avoid misleading consumers and whether pricing, refund, cancellation, and efficacy statements match the facts.
2. Prohibited expressions
We do not use exaggerated, false, or misleading expression, superlatives or guarantees without objective basis, or disparagement of competitors.
3. Medical/beauty expression
Guarantees of efficacy, comparative superiority, before/after imagery, testimonials, and omitted risk disclosure are reviewed separately under medical advertising guidelines. Final responsibility rests with the client.
4. Price, refund, and cancellation display
Price, additional costs, and refund/cancellation conditions are displayed so consumers can clearly confirm them.
5. Reviews, before/after, and comparative ads
Reviews, cases, and before/after imagery are used only when factual and with verified consent and sourcing. We do not fabricate or exaggerate through staging.
6. AI-generated content & no ad-review evasion
Content generated or assisted by AI is also checked for factual accuracy and legality. RIVACTA does not accept requests to adjust expression in order to evade ad-platform review or mislead consumers.
