## Fit Call

- Price: No cost
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Purpose: Confirm target market, objective, budget ownership, operational readiness, and whether a paid diagnostic is useful.
- Output: Mutual go / no-go decision.

## Market Diagnostic

- Price: ¥300,000-¥500,000
- Duration: 2-4 weeks
- Purpose: Assess demand, competition, localization gaps, compliance and operational dependencies, channel economics, and measurement readiness.
- Output: Market-entry readiness scorecard, 90-day priorities, and go / conditional-go / no-go recommendation.

## Managed Engagement

- Price: ¥800,000-¥1,500,000 per month
- Billing: Rolling monthly engagement
- Media spend: Paid directly by the client to advertising platforms. RIVACTA does not take a percentage of media spend.
- Scope: SEO, GEO, performance marketing, localized creative, landing page and content execution, reporting, and monthly decision review.
